Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Our fees are in keeping with our services. Fees will be discussed in advance of any treatment. You will know all costs that you are responsible for prior to beginning treatment. Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit and Dental Fee Plan.
We will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you and instruct your insurance company to pay you directly. We do not accept insurance assignment of benefits.
